Mont d'Or with Marestel
“Do you love melted cheese? We offer an unusual pairing with Mont d'Or and our white Marestel wine!”

Ingrédients
- Charcuterie
- Potatoes
- Garlic
- 5cl of Marestel white wine from Domaine Chevallier Bernard
- 1 Mont d'Or in a wooden box
Étapes
- Make a hole in the center of the Mont d'Or and add a little garlic and white wine.
- Bake for about 20 minutes at 180°, keeping the box closed!
- Once the cheese has melted, take it out of the oven and enjoy it directly with potatoes and charcuterie.
- Enjoy with our white Roussette Marestel wine from Savoie!
