Savoie wines, in harmony with biodiversity.

“When you leave the land alone and listen to nature, it rewards you with a wine that tastes of truth.”
— Jean-Pierre Bernard

The Jongieux cru

Jongieux is one of those sites you never forget. Its open mid‑mountain landscape offers a bucolic panorama. The vines are planted on the scree of the slopes of Mont Charvaz.

Exposed to the southwest, they benefit from maximum sunlight until the last rays of the setting sun. The emblematic Marestel slope lies at the heart of the vineyard. As the cradle of the Altesse grape variety, it climbs up the side of the mountain.

Our respect for fauna and flora

From 2006 to 2017, our estate was certified “Agriculture Raisonnée”. Continuing this approach, we obtained HVE (High Environmental Value) certification at the end of 2016, which attests to our commitment to biodiversity through environmentally respectful practices. Throughout the year, each operation in the vineyard is guided by observations or analysis. Hedges are preserved, slopes and vineyards are grassed, favoring a great diversity of flora and fauna.

Geology & terroir

Our vineyard sits on geologically very young soils resulting directly from glaciations. Four types of terroir are present:

The estate's cellar

Operational since the 2004 harvest, the new cellar was designed and built to best preserve the integrity of the grapes and limit juice and wine transfers. This respect, along with traditional methods combined with modernity, allows us to produce authentic wines, typical of the terroirs. The building houses, in climate-controlled rooms, the vinification cellar and storage for wines and bottles. In 2014, we expanded this building to make bottle storage and order preparation more functional.
